Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using The Work League, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
What The Work League is
The Work League is a league management platform used by employers to run async, head-to-head leagues and tournaments for their employees, across activities such as golf, chess, and euchre. Your company administers your access; we provide the platform your company runs on.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and invited or approved by a participating company to use The Work League.
Your account
Access is via phone-based one-time passcode login — there's no separate password to manage. You're responsible for keeping access to your phone number secure, and for the accuracy of the information in your profile.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the platform honestly — accurately reporting match results, not impersonating another employee, and not attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform or other employees' accounts.
Content you submit
Match results, writeups, and photos you submit are yours, but by submitting them you give us permission to display them within your company's league — to your fellow employees and company administrators.
Company administrators
Your company's designated administrators can view league activity, approve registrations, and manage league operations within your company's league. This access is a function of running the league, not a separate data-sharing relationship, and is described further in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property
The Work League platform, its design, and its software are owned by Club Golf League LLC. Your company's own branding, if displayed, remains your company's property.
No warranty
The Work League is provided "as is." We work to keep scoring and standings accurate but don't guarantee the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Club Golf League LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
Termination
Your company may remove your access at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
